If you don't register a bank account with your paypal it just limits you transactions to something like $10,000. Also it will only let you withdraw a certain amount per month. but those limits are no big deal unless you are trying to run a small business or something ;)

I made a paypal account...

It says I can't send any money until I verify it? Or is that just for gifts and stuff and not for actually buying things?

No, I haven't. Do I need to? I don't own a credit card...

You have to put some type of debit/credit card. Even a visa gift card would work.

You could just borrow one of your parents cards, it doesn't have to be in your name.

You can buy a prepaid credit card for the value of the card + about 4 dollars

Yes, paypal is straightened out.

Shipping within the US is going to be around 4 bucks I believe. I'll be sure to pack the tube nicely so it doesn't break in transit. Just PM me your details and all that jazz then we can get started. :)
