PSU input wiring question

Ok, I got this psu to go with a HeNe and the input is rather confusing. There is only one input wire that is colored and that's green which I'm assuming is the ground. The other 2 wires are both white, how do I hook this up. In the picture I've got it hooked up to a socket but I'm just guessing it's right.

Help would be appreciated.

P.s. I've searched for other hookups similar and they all have color coded inputs.

In the US, we have a hot and neutral designation where neutral is supposed to be held at ground for safety reasons related to metal connected to a case (among other things). However, it makes no difference for the AC power signal itself because the waveform is alternating around a reference potential anyway.

Short answer: for the two AC input lines (i.e. not green ground) it really doesn't matter.

See now this is what I thought, but I didn't want to assume that this is the way that it was wired up.

Edit* Wow beam on this thing is incredibly tiny! Diverges really fast but I can't believe how thin this beam is coming out of the aperture!

Since the input is likely AC isolated, W/W makes no difference
on the L/N input. Hook it up and enjoy.
