ps3 for extremely cheap...?

Yeah, good luck with that. The site kinda screams "SCAM, YAY" at you.  :-X

Wow, 1000 a day! that's $3500, a day! :o
That's some scam right thar...Good luck with that chargeback :-/

some of these sites may be scams but did i mention the ps3 that sits right above my 2 xboxs was attained from one of these so called "scam" sites. the company was based in davie,fl(i used to live there). it took about 5-6 months to finally get the ps3 but i did it and i got it. im not trying to say this site isnt a scam but there are honest sites where they do give away "free" gifts but they make money through affiliate offers. you have to sign up for so many offers and then provide proof that you completed the offer then they send you your "free" gift. i ended up payin about 600$ for a 60gb which is what they cost when they came out but after they stopped makin them. hell i was happy cuz now i got a backwards compatible ps3 that doesnt use some half ass emulator that isnt even good at emulating ps2 games.

yep im sure thats why they spent the money on a ssl certificate....
yes, it is actually. they also advertise many of those websites on google and others.

the site was created along with 20-30 more of these domains just a few days ago, 8-8-2008

http://whois.domaintools.com/ps3-bargains.com

webhost is in Russia.

the "hacker safe" picture is just a local picture. it is supposed to link to ScanAlert website showing their website as registered w/ ScanAlert. i saw a few of these websites yesterday and it had said "tested 8-20" yesterday... yesterday was the 19th.

they have been planning to take your money today.

i'm not sure how else to tell you that this is a scam and you need to immediately do a chargeback and get a new credit card number.

Something about it don't seam right, although I have had luck with refurbished items in the past. I have a 22" HDTV at home worth £300 that I got refurbished for £180. I have had no trouble with it at all.

I bought a PS3 from an ebay shop for £245 a few days back, its fully tested and has 30 day money back if it doesn't work. Thats a better deal than the scam above.

Don't worry about HDD sizes, get a 40GB for cheap and just upgrade the HDD. Im putting 320GB in mine which enables it to work with old PS2 games as well.
