What are you asking? If the laser module fits a standard size diode yes and assuming your blu-ray is standard size. You really need to provide more information to get a better answer.
You would have to use a different driver too to supply higher current to the blu-ray diode. (assuming that module had a driver, it may not)

Probably not. If we knew more about that laser then we could tell you, but you just linking us to some random over priced key chain laser so it's difficult to say.
