I have an Ophir-based LPM for sale. This is a brand-new Ophir 20C-A-1-Y head, plus custom-built wiring harness, made by me. All you need is two 9V batteries and any off the shelf voltmeter in order to complete the system, and be able to measure lasers up to 5W (or 20W, if the sensor is heatsinked), with a very fast response time.
The Ophir head is brand new, and the sensor is flawless, with no burn marks, as it's only been used twice. I only unwrapped it from the sealed packaging in order to test it out, where it measured within 5% of two other Ophir heads that I have, so the calibration is definitely good. The wiring harness is very supple and flexible due to the high quality silicone wire used, and includes two switches for controlling the 9V batteries.
Note that this LPM does not do datalogging, but it could be added for roughly $35 via a Delta Isis module, see here:

Price for the sensor + harness is $265 (was $295), plus shipping. I realize this may be a bit on the high side, but these are pretty scarce at the moment.
