its not really that hard but its kind of a pain to get the pcb off the back. you dont nessecarily have to remove the pcb if you dont want to it just makes it neater and easier to solder to and yes pressing into a module is included in the harvesting/module fee.

these sleds will be here close to friday. once again the TRACKING NUMBER IS AT THE TOP OF THE FIRST POST. this is the third time ive been asked that. please read the whole first post. this is a PRE_ORDER not a GB. i have paid for them already and they are on the way.

These things look like they have been bashed with a hammer and run over by a truck, missing pieces, etc.
Testing later tonight, but so far NOT impressed.

these are the "broken" units same as before. the sleds were inspected and all the 405nm diodes were intact including glass and pins. i opened and looked at all 70 of them myself.

actually if i recall correctly i posted the fact that these looked a little worse for wear in an earlier post.

EDIT: these should be here tomorrow. according to tracking they left the montgomery, al office today.
