I just got some panasonic HJE900s for my birthday...

They're the first "good" IEMs I've ever owned, trust me when I say that skullcandy headphones for around the same price are complete crap. What makes these phones awesome is:
High quality (obviously, given price and seller)
Removable cables (to last a lot longer)
Made of cubic zirconia! This is the stuff they make fake diamond jewelry out of, and is very scratch resistant. Only diamonds or something like corundum or tungsten carbide could put a scratch on these things. They have a very cool dark blue color that looks black indoors. Plus, since cubic zirconia is more rigid than ABS plastic or aluminum, the shell is supposedly less resonant than any other headphone. This means sharper sound with the same driver.

Now post yours!

Sennheiser HD650. They have been amazing, but my next purchase will definitely be some Grados.

I got the skullcandy over ear (hesh I think)
They are a complete waste of $100+...
I bought them because the panasonic "rp-htx7" I bought from walmart finally died.
The walmart brand were comfortable, extraordinarily durable (I used them while building log homes for 3 years), and the have great sound quality. The skullcandys sound better but they immediately cracked at the size adjustment and if you wear them for over 15 minutes they destroy your ears, giving you a headache from hell.
I also took a pair of the panasonics apart and fitted them into my motorcycle helmet, they make long trips a LOT more fun.

Yep. I had those big ~$100 skullcandy around-ears, it cracked once in the middle, I warrantied it, then it cracked again with even more gentle use, and then I gave up. Plus, as you said, it was very uncomfortable and it smashed the edges of my ears. IEMs only for me now.

Can't wear earbuds... The damn things keep falling out of my ears and the duct tape pulls on my hair when I do get them to stay in.

Beyerdynamic DT 880's. The '03 edition, not the '05. I've listened to both and I prefer these actually. :) Plus I got them used for less than half the original price.
