Laws are only Unconstitutional after they have gone through the Courts and have been found to be so. That is not a decision you have the ability to make. Otherwise, you risk imprisonment.

Laws are only Unconstitutional after they have gone through the Courts and have been found to be so. That is not a decision you have the ability to make. Otherwise, you risk imprisonment.

No, an unconstitutional law is null and void as per the supremacy clause, however some citizens will be erroneously punished while said unconstitutional law is in effect, it equates to a color of law crime and the elected officials who signed those laws into effect should face legal repercussions as well as be made to pay damages.
