As long as you leftist big government fascist don't confuse feeling threatened, with actually being threatened.

The law is quite clear on this.
Actually, hate crime laws, just like unconstitutional red flag laws, vary State by State.

p.s. Don't bother accusing me of saying hate crime laws are unconstitutional just to be a monkey turd paul, that's not what I just said.

Amnesty international calls (derogatory and offensive language) "online violence", but it's not violence and it's not making a credible threat to use derogatory and/or offensive language if you don't actually make threats to do physical harm to someone directly, if it was then so many leftists would be in deep shit.

This is on the Amnesty international website, also it's racist to exclude white people from their list and sexist to exclude men from their list.

[ Hateful and abusive speech: Using intentionally derogatory and offensive language with reference to a person or a group on the basis of their identity, including their gender and/or sexual orientation, which dehumanizes and encourages violence against women, girls and LGBTI people. ]

Tell it to Charlie Kirk's family and millions of friends Amnesty international and then GO FUCK YOURSELVES!
You will not control what we think and say in America or online.

p.s. Do I think people should endeavor to tone down the hateful things they say, yes, but that's a personal journey.
It's also natural to feel animosity towards a group who is attempting to control you, we Americans hate anti-Freedom as well we should.
So make your case honestly if you want my support Amnesty international, because calling Free speech that you don't like " violence " is a threat against my Freedom to express my own thoughts, and you will never win this way.

You don't have the right to threaten anyone with your speech. You may end up in prison otherwise. I personally believe that the LGBTQ community is already the target of many threats. You Republicans use them as an issue to divide, but they are already persecuted.
