I could not find a better driver There is $ 15-20 for the driver but I can only get it from Aliexpress.

this is a linear driver and works good with 2x lithioum batteries, it is a fair driver for the money and i have used it in the past with no problem.if you set it at 1.5A you will expect 1800-1900mw

edit: note that maybe driver will need a small heatsinking at 1.5A(in the host or a small metal)

no,everything you posted will be needed,diode,housing,lens,heatsink and a driver,do you know how to solder properly?if you are not careful you can fry your diode with the iron soldering.
make sure that your diode is pressed in the housing before you solder it.
