 , mine only did that with Larry's batteries so I assumed it was a current issue.  Like I said earlier, even my cheap DX grey trustfire 2400 batteries didn't do that.  :thinking:

Here is what happened.
Fresh:
AW 4.18
This 4.15
Used:
AW Went for 11 min and was 4.07V no flashing
This went for 56 seconds and flashed and was at 4.15V
DMM tested.
Sorry I should have quoted DTR. He was wondering why they are both at different voltages. The protection circuit could be the answer.
