Here are some pics using my glass sphere, but this time I put it on top of a glass candle stick holder so it was about 8" off the table. I did not move the sphere at all during the sequence of photos posted her (lazy and tired), but did move my lasers, mirrors and gratings to get some nice results. Enjoy.

The university of high quality laser beamology:beer:. The glass candle stick in combination with the good old sphere increases desired wavelength output even more. Lovely stuff!

Btw. the ancient Mexican laser mask avatar is pretty cool, Bruce:).

More sweet pics! Lookin good Bruce.
I predict even more laser magic using your "crystal ball". :D

I have nothing left to say about this guy!!!.....................................................

 Man you are a TRIP! I'd definitely give more rep if the LPF gods would let me. :D

Those pics are just... Spectacular. It's almost hard to put into words how nice those pictures are.

This thread is a party on it's own. Love the bouncing red beams with a couple of prisms. Brilliant angles and what an idea!

Thanks to everyone for the nice comments! I think next week I am going to submerge the glass sphere in water (fully and partially) and see what happens, and maybe use some uranium marbles in the water too lit up by 405nm's. It has possibilities.
After trying that I have some other ideas not using the sphere (still may), but using the stand I built holding 5 lasers on the same horizontal plane and bouncing them into suspended mirrors and experimenting with that.
To me this is the creative part, thinking all week of ideas and then implementing them.
