PHR-803T's on EBay

Just a quick question for you guys: I recently burnt another PHR-803T diode and I'm looking for a replacement. Are these PHR-803T sleds on EBay for $7 + $5 shipping good? I mean, are they indeed the ones with 100mW diodes?

Also, what about the SF-AW210's? How powerful are these and are the ones on EBay good?

Yeah, I have buy my PHR sleds (and other sleds) from ebay. I forgot the seller, but it was pretty decently packaged inside an anti-static bag and a good box. PHR with a good diode and fully working.

Those diodes out 90mw-110mw usually on max.

As for the SF sleds, I don't know myself as I have never tried one.

Okay, thanks. I saw some people say that these SF-AW210's are capable of up to 300mW (more like 200-250mW for long life), which is pretty good for $26 shipped, also they have a pretty decent red and IR diodes inside.

I will have to order one for myself I guess.. seems pretty worthwhile if thats the case.
(and for the price you can't go wrong I suppose)
