they dont understand english. im the 1 that recomended they post in the welcome area. they prolly figured they would get as much exposure as possible by posting b/c they cant read the rules which are in english. i have 2 use google 2 transjate things 4 them. if u want 2 bitch about banning them then translate the rules for them.
