One of our technicians found a nice tiny RGB module in Germany:

Laser "Made in Germany"

Basically, it's a 2.7W RGB module:

450nm / 1.4W
520nm / 0.8W
638nm / 0.5W

Footprint: 123*46*65 mm.
Does analog modulation up to 50kHz.

We couldn't find any pricing, so I just thought I'd throw it in here. What do you think? Nice for projectors?

Probably way too expensive for us, but it looks like a cool thing!

That color balance makes no sense. 0.8W of green + 0.5W of red + 1.4W of blue just won't work. The green will overpower the red and blue.

i guess that is why its capable of analogue modulation dog :D

This is true, but why build a more powerful green diode into it? That makes no sense to put a more expensive diode just to have it reduced to the power of a less expensive one.
