I got this from DX today and it is RIDICULOUS! Just look at it!

20mm in diameter! Frickin huge! Hugemongous.

Voltage drop is 3.21V at 20mA.

Just like any other LED including brightness, only super sized.
Pretty overpriced for what it is, but it makes a fine addition to the collection lol. What does one do with something like this anyway?

or a hdd activity light if you want to annoy whoever uses your computer

I've seen big LEDs like that used in jumbotrons. These days they're mostly RGB LEDs to allow for higher resolutions, but they used to use three of those.
