Ordered from Rayfoss.. no tracking number? EDIT: Laser Recieved!

So after getting screwed a few times by focalprice on cheap lasers I decided to try buying from a more legit seller. After reading up a bit about companies I looked around for a cheap but still good 100mw green laser and decided to go with this from Rayfoss.

I made the order on the 13th and got an email from paypal on the 14th requesting a payment to be made to Rayfoss. I sent the payment and got a confirmation from paypal on the same day. On the next day (15th) I sent an email to Rayfoss asking when I might get a tracking number for my order. I haven't heard from them since. Is that normal or should I be sending off more emails? I'm a little worried that I sent $75 to a company and haven't heard a single thing back in 5 days.

Yes it's normal don't worry sometimes they take a little while to respond, which doesn't mean they aren't already shipping the product. You should be hearing from them soon.

I would not count on getting a tracking number soon.

I have been having some serious trouble with Rayfoss. I ordered my laser on January 30, and they said it would ship on the 8th because of CNY. I said ok, and Febuary 10 came without any word of a laser. I e-mailed them and they said that their engineer was late coming back from his hometown. They said it will ship the 12th. On the 14th, there was no sign of a shipping number, so I emailed them again. Faona said that the IR filters were out of stock (I had asked for one) and they will get them the 18th. I said forget the filter and ship it already. Faona said it will ship in 24 hours. 48 hours later, no tracking number. I e-mailed her again saying I want to cancel the order, and she said it has already shiped on the 17th. However, she said that she does not have the tracking number yet, and will send it to us when she gets it (she said it should come later today, meaning later on the 17th). We have not gotten any message from them since. Something tells me this is a scam, so be careful ordering from these people.

I will post a reply when and if I ever get a tracking number.

Again? I've already said they are not scam. Anyone can search the forum and read good and bad reviews about they.

Then can you please explain why I have not gotten my tracking number 2 days after the laser "shipped"?

Uuuh.. because when you order with DHL, the courier comes to your house/store, gets the product, and ship it 2 or 3 days later, then sends to you (to Faona in this case) the tracking number and just then she re-sends the number to you.
Thats just me then, I don't care with the tracking number. If the laser isn't here in 40 days I'll be disputing the payment with paypal and ordering from another store, thats all. Nobody is gonna die by this, and this never happened before, no reason to happen now, just stop claiming that a company is a scammer if you don't have real facts about your statements. If she don't sends you the tracking number in more time, then you have the right to do it, you just waited 2 days.

Nah, she is one person for many orderings worldwide. She may got confused. I've read on reviews of many things with DHL, all state that 2 or 3 days after the collecting of the package, the tracking nbr comes. I'm in no worry.

Just be patient and wait. You will get your laser eventually. No need flooding rayfoss with emails. They are dealing with other orders as well, not only with your order.

Rayfoss is a Legit company I have ordered a few thing from there before, just be patient and they will come as Leodahsan said Faona can only do so much on her own

Faona asked me a "tax number" or something like that, yesterday. I didn't know what was, she started searching for me and said today she wanted my CPF (Natural Persons Register). I don't know if other countries require such information.

I think it is only required in Brazil. You should ask DHL about it (if any code is necessary for shipping items from China to UK)...
