w00t easy FTW!!! ;D ;D I can only do easy really, but i guess i don't play it much either.....
 





In my opinion this game is totally and completely ridiculous :P They make games about shooting people and racing fast cars because you can't always do that in real life.Why make a game with something you can just as easy(or easier) do in real life??The "Guitar Queer-o" episode of South Park ilustrated my opinion pretty well ::) It's as pointless as the "Sims" games :P Why would you wanna live your life virtually in a computer while your real body degrades and atrofiates behind the monitor? :-/

And no , I never played it, but I'm 100% sure I wouldn't become addicted to it. ::)

I avoided this game like the plague for a long time. Then I played it once and it was all over. Beat GH2 on expert, and can play most of the songs on GH3 on expert. Beat TTFAF no problem on hard, but expert is a bit out of my league. I tend to play COD4 more often but I'll have GH sessions here and there.
 
Nah, I prefer the real thing: 8-)

To each his own, but as far as my opinion goes I'd have to agree with switch. My stepson has Guitar Hero for PS3 and I just don't get it.. If he would spend just half of the time and effort practicing on a REAL guitar instead of that game, he'd probably be playing like Eddy Van Halen by now. Oh well, atleast he finally took my advice and picked up a real guitar. Now I'm teaching him how to play all of those same songs from guitar hero on frets instead of buttons.

Yep..  :) Its a 1980s USA made Kramer Nightswan. Designed by Buddy Blaze and made famous by Vivian Campbell . Back in the day it was considered to be the "holy grail" of shredder Kramers.
 
My first was a Striker, then a one piece Lado. Its been many years, and I passed them both down. Been thinking of getting a new one, maybe when I get some time. [smiley=evil.gif]
 
A lot of people play guitar here I see :D I don't even have a guitar, I just borrow one from people that aren't currently using it and hold on to it for as long as I can ;D
 
I have picts of my guitars ill post them, I have a Kramer with 2 quadrail humbuckers, it looks like a gibson explorer, then i have a fender Strat, its Placid blue with a REAL floyd rose tremelo and 1 invader pickup and single's , I have a 1970's-ish sekova hollowbody with pearl inlays, 2 humbuckers. Then i have a ROK AxE guitar(my first) all ghetto with a single coil pickup.

I am currently buying a Tom Delonge Fender strat thats surf green for 500$
 
I can rock enter sandman on expert on rockband, rckstr if you have live, play me........When i get it . LOL
 
I've gotten 83% of the way through TTFTF on expert i was only about 20 notes way from the end of the solo :'(. My friend on the other hand is an amazing guitar player and guitar hero player. He taught himself to play and is the best i've heard aside from stars. He's a beast on GH: beaten every song ever come out, even the download songs of GH3. He's also beaten Jordan which he says is harder than TTFTF. We got 1,000,300 points when we played 'one' together
 
I only have the Nightswan at the moment. It has all the original factory hardware: original (real) Floyd Rose, Seymour Duncan Full Shred / JB pickups, and Schaller Tuners.

I just sold one of the music yo Kramers a couple of years ago (see attached pic). An FR404S/D, neck-thru body construction w/ quadrails. The music yo axes are actually pretty nice for the $$$. I could never get a good sound out of the quadrail pickups (too muddy for me) but slap in some SD's or EMGs and you're good to go.

Other than those I've owned several Ibanezes, a Fender, a Jackson, and a Yamaha. Can't remember the models of any of them except the Fender. It was an HM Strat.

Anyway, sorry to get your thread off-topic.. Back to guitar hero. :P

And I've wanted to learn guitar for the longest time, just never did. May have to hint it to my girlfriend for my birthday... her uncle's got hundreds of them, maybe he could spare one :D
