o-like site down?

It is just the fear caused by my tracking number not working, that is making me a bit impatient. I just like to see whats going on.... To make sure that it didn't get confiscated or anything.

Try to replace the "HK" at the end of your tracking number with "CN"

Before you get too impatient, please consider one thing:
Time is money.

You ordered from a company located on the other side of the world in order to pay the minimum for the product and shipping.

If you want to save time, you will have to cough up the dough.
...
Don't expect too much when you are paying the bare minimum.

I understand this, I just expected it to take a shorter amount of time based on the shipping times stated by other members here (around 10 days).

You should already know that there is a risk when importing illegal items from another country.
...
By the way, customs is...not being paid to expedite the arrival of your illegal purchased goods, so don't expect them to.

Actually, I am ordering IR goggles and two 9mm diode housings, none of which are illegal.

They were having issues with the old server. Maybe they are having the same problems with the new one. They are from China after all. DX goes down a lot too.

Multiple Chinese laser sites are ALWAYS going down. This is a weekly occurrence.

I feel it has to do with some underlying relation.

In the Peoples Republic, such a giant underlying relation exists.

Do some research on their internet policing system they have in place to prevent the migration of public opinion. It is a BIG thing over there to catch journalists speaking about government views and who knows what else.

This massive data filtering process may, just may, have some form of trickle-down effect into many other Chinese-oriented websites which cause constant interference and communication domain malfunctions.

I may have missed the barn completely on that theory, but it is something which sounds feasible coming from that hell-hole of a data contraption.

I was totally thinking the same thing Exerd.
At first i thought it might be a power issue like how in some countries
the power grid isn't stable. But your theory makes a lot of sense.

Chuck
