O-Like or Rayfoss(Quilfound?) 150mW Green

Yeah, I guess if you pee your pants every time you turn on a laser then waterproof WOULD be important...

But it's not the deciding factor for those of us who DON'T store ours in a bowl of water! lol

Be careful with the "focusable" lasers though, I have seen many people really disappointed with the green ones as they don't focus any "tighter" than the standard beam from any greenie, the "focusable" refers to the ability for you to focus the beam "out" like a flashlight or torch, that's it.

Or you could get in the cni group buy. Buy from a manufacturer that produces lasers for dl, laserglow, novalasers (I think) and more

i still go for o-like... they are better than rayfoss. but if you need good hosts.. go for rayfoss or boblaser then buy a module from o-like hehehehe

You're basing this on what, exactly? Do you have an equivalent product (e.g. a 532nm module, etc.) with which you did a comparison?

Or perhaps you came across said info in a review here on LPF or elsewhere. If so, please let us have the link, thanks.

We'll know soon - I have a few Rayfoss modules that are due to arrive today (based on the tracking through USPS) and I plan on doing a quick few tests on them tonight, LPM readings at different voltages and temps, divergence, etc - should have reviews, pics, graphs, etc up and rolling by tomorrow (provided they show up today as scheduled).

Its too bad if you cannot focus it for burning... but even the option to de-focus can be useful when working with these things in public - less chance to hit anyone in the eye at a distance and do damage.

Anyways - looking forward to the module reviews.
