There's no reason for them not to credit the full amount paid when refunding. WHen you issue a refund with paypal for a transaction, PayPal only deducts the post fee amount from your account, but credits the full amount payed back to the buyer. SO not sure they wouldn't want to refund the paypal fees when they wouldn't have had to pay them either.

Correct. What they did was a whole new transaction instead of refunding an older one.

But I am unsure if you actually Can refund transactions this old?

Anyhow. I eventually got my monies. Guess I'll have to save in on the beer to earn in the $120 :friend:
