O-like and New Wish?

Yea I would like to know if anyone has tried to put an o-like module into a DX true 5mW laser because I don't think it will fit inside the pen. Anyone disagree or test this, and if you did test this can you give me the results like is the cap wobbly or anything like that?

It will fit width wise... I dont know if they're longer, or shorter than normal DX modules though.

Do you have the 2 modules you can compare and measure?

I actually replaced a DX 5mW pen module with a 150mW O-like module a couple weeks ago.

The modules are the same length.
The O-like module will fit, but you won't be able to use the aperture cover or "lens cap" without doing a little work.

I'll leave it up to you to figure out how to make it work.

I've seen that video a while ago but that's with DX modules there's a difference.

Experimentation is a significant portion of this hobby. Give it a try. See what you have to do to make them work. Let others know
