You should have received a battery and charger with this laser. I just got a response on this from Susie, and it's also stated right on the item page:

Yes ,it is >350mW ,and comes with battery and charger .

Arrived with battery, charger & separate $20 safety glasses.

Power measurements peak at 391mW without IR filter. With IR filter it does not reach above 310mW. And settles around 200mW.

Unstable power output and transverse mode. It has not been in stable TEM00 during my 10 minutes of playtime.

Even at settling and keeping over 200mW it's a good bang for the buck. The host is slim. Not one of those overwhelming thingies.

Depending on the real power output, the Wicked Laser E3 may be a better deal per mW. :)

I think I might have an answer to this one. I bought one of these from Dino Direct:
Discussion about A0878000BO

I just did some preliminary measurements on it and I got 450 mW, with about 30 mW of IR. I don't know if this is a fluke or if they're all this hot. With the LPF 20% discount it's $200.

With freshly charged 18650 it's pretty stable. I'll have better measurements in a couple of days. No idea if this one is a freak or if they're all that hot.

Cons? There's no way to block the ring of blue light around the push button, it's kinda annoying when you're dark adapted. It's pretty heavy.

Yes but they often dont send it in the same package as the the laser, they didnt with mine.
 
Ok so I have a battery and the laser is awesome but I have know to take video wright now buy ill try to get videos and more pics up soon. :worthy:
