Hi,
Look at he back of the dye, there are three orientation marks.One on top,one on the bottom and one to the right hand side. This is how the diode should appear when looking at it from the pin side. Some diode have two pins and some three pins, top pin is positive+ / bottom is negative- And with diodes with three pins the one on the right is a case pin Neutral .
