NUBM44 6W+ 450nm Laser Diode

LOL, no worry, it's a concrete floor in my basement workshop and I have several fire extinguishers, but with the concrete floor it's no real danger.

Interesting note. Copper core on these. Might be on other diodes will have to check some dead ones laying around and see what others have this.
