Nice little laser! And yeah, the 635nm wavelength is extremely visible. The one I built at 600mW was every bit as visible as a 1W 445nm.

I've dropped the price on this build by $25. The price of the Mits 300 diodes has gone down by about $10 (thanks Clif!), so I figured this build was more appropriately priced at $200.

Hey, none of that! Glenn has been good to me in the past, so think of this as mostly just a personal thanks, not a secret santa thing.

Nobody else should be thinking above our price cap, and I certainly don't want my secret santa to exceed the limit on my gift.
