Re: 1.2 Watt Copper 445nm blue lasers $159 shipped

According to post tracking and if customs don't fuck me I would get it next week :)
The bad thing is that I will also have to wait for the goggles...

Re: 1.2 Watt Copper 445nm blue lasers $149 shipped

If you use it at night and shine it directly at the sky you should still be able to enjoy your laser without the use of goggles. Then do your burning experiments once they arrive.

Re: 1.2 Watt Copper 445nm blue lasers $149 shipped

mine came friday afternoon. quick shipping! after waiting four hours for the bats to charge i popped them in. as it was dark out i couldn't wait any longer for the full charge. i wanted to see the light. and it was spectacular!! very nice work yobresal. the focus is just a touch loose. as there was no spring i'm gonna put a wrap and a half of teflon on the threads to snug it a bit. the color of the beam is stunning. i was so pleased with the workmanship i quickly ordered one of the little 500mw lasers yob had for sale.

Great product
great price
great shipping
great communication

Glad you like the laser! Please be careful with Teflon tape. If applied too heavily it can cause the heatsink to twist while trying to focus the laser. Thanks Cheech!

I can confirm personally.... If you use teflon tape, try and put ONLY 1 wrap around the threads. I used it for a while and it worked ok, but when it wore out and I went to re-apply it.... I put a bit to much on there (almost 2 full wraps) and it twisted my heatsink and snapped a wire off my diode :(

Be very careful!

it seems a spring behind the focus array might be best. i need to get one. @yob - does the little guy ship with one?

Yes the small one has spring installed.

Re: 1.2 Watt Copper 445nm blue lasers $149 shipped

It arrived some hours ago, I still have to try it at night. I also suppose that I will have to charge the batteries, but I'm not sure, the polymeter says 3.75 V.

EDIT: I have seen that yobresal says the voltage should be 4.2V. I'll charge the batteries right now.

I like it very much, at night it's awesome. When I get the goggles (next week I expect) I'll post some photos or more details of the laser.

Hey buddy. Do you have more available? I am ready here to pay for one of these. Please let me know. I also sent you a Private Message with my contact email for faster communication.

Thanks in advance.

I'm going to send payment for the 445nm laser and a tripod. Do you also have a green laser currently available? ( I know that you have a 3 pack & won't split it up. )
Do you have 2nd day air available? RSVP. Bob N3JQD

Cool cheech, where? Yob has a lot of great feedback. I want that 3 pack of lasers.
Can't imagine how to justify the cost with the War Dept. ( a.k.a. wife.)
