You should try an electric razor... I love it. No shaving cream, no cuts, and it takes like 15 seconds. I would recommend you start out with scissors and move to a trimmer, though :crackup:

Got my two optics and LD today.
On my PHR build with a acrylic I was getting 50mw and now I am getting 58mw (that was at 90ma) Turned it upto 114ma and getting 80mw now. (measured on a Coherent LaserCheck)

LD looks in good shape but my 445nm build is still waiting on a host so not going to play with it quite yet.
