It doesn't work that way. The only way you can get efficiency that high is if you under-run the diodes. That record was likely attained with a very low power.

I'm aware, it was at 300 milliamps. At 2 amps its 750 lumen's I believe. that's why I said theoretically.

Now that I think about it, DX sells a lot of products in low prices. However, when it comes to flashlights, they are not that cheap. They are high quality and stylish though.
