1: No IR filter. The IR light will attribute maybe 10-12mW to the overall power rating.
2: 2x AAAs
3: I'm not sure of an exact time but I think around 2 or 3 hours of on-time.

I'm pretty sure there's no duty cycle for these ones. The power isn't really something to brag about to make the laser live long I wouldn't keep it on for more than a minute or two at a time. Just get in the good habit!

Well the actual 50mWs that I've been selling for around $16 have turned out to be underspec a lot of the time which is a pain so I'm not doing that anymore.

I'd charge some ridiculous amount like $45 cuz I don't want people saying "I want a 50 or 60"
