You can maybe call through google as well. Skype rates are pretty cheap though.

I did threaten to file a dispute (though I did so politely) because I never got a tracking number and had multiple emails asking for one ignored. I have other email addresses but they're all the same before the @whatever.com so I guess I'll be creating a new one.
What I don't get is why you're telling me to apologize. I didn't do anything wrong here. She sent me a bum laser so shouldn't I be the one being apologized to?
I waited 2 weeks.
She responded to the email I sent from a different address.
Thank you for the information Faona. The laser I received from you doesn't appear to be working correctly so I'd like to send it back for a replacement or a full refund. Where shall I send it?
