Okay everyone! I feel much better, I forgot that the driver I'm using for this pl520 was for 2, 3.7 volt cells and the batteries I'm using is the Tenergy LiFePo4s which is only 3.2 volts a piece so i replaced them with Li-Ion 16340's and I can tell it's waaaaay brighter so I'll check the LPM later to see, but it now looks to be around 60mw!! Yayy!!!
