Hi T,
Very good workmanship I would keep it myself , one of a kind laser. Machine takes a long time to complete plus final finishing. A copper core pressed in would be better heat transfer away from the diode. Never the less outstanding work..

I have just completed this host, it has been built by about 12 parts together
- diode NUBM44
- driver SL-7
- battery: 2 x 26650
- duty cycle : 180s
- lens G2

Very nice clean work--looks great! :beer:
You should offer a few for sale with all copper heatsink section and perhaps copper tail cap as options.
You could offer also an all aluminum or Al battery tube options, as well at lower cost.

Good point either that or all copper/solid copper head/heat sink

Agree .. is an outstanding massive host.
