The guy has 5 items listed for sale --all of the fraudulent--all of his listing should be reported.

Yes, if everyone will resist the temptation to hope for the fairy tale too magically come true then these rats will starve and go away, but if people gamble with ebay's buyer protection it just feeds the problem.

Is too bad ebay has always been and still is such a garbage pit --tons of fenced items freshly stolen--lots of scams, lots of relisted closed auctions by people with nothing to sell etc.
Is the same ebay as in prior times---despite the recently instituted ebay protection as a means to make ebay look better --is stil mostly a lowest price garage sale type web auction
Very few manufacturers, although more than in prior times, will allow new product to be sold on ebay because all it does in cheapen the product and make Dealers have lower profit and less reason to stock much of anything or be Dealers.

I sell on eBay at higher prices than my website
to cover the eBay costs to sellers. I also state
that potential buys can browse our website for
more products.
When buyers see the prices are lower on our
website... they buy the product there.
Our customers are still protected through the
PayPal buyer's protection.

Great idea = just use ebay to promote---still ebay has a bad reputation for the most part--better than before but not good overall.
If you buy from a bogus listing which is just a relisted old listing by a scamer and get burned--all ebay does is say not responsible contact authorities because in the ebay registration the seller agrees not to do that.===use to be that way--ebay telling people want do you want from us ?? You take your chances--meanwhile the scammer took the money closed any account and ran. Happened to a lot of people.

I did not mean to say that people would be gambling on the buyer protection being there, but that people are taking a gamble with the buyer protection funds.
Buyer protection is there but it's not really free because the more it cost to do business the more the service will cost us all.

I'm guessing there is a limit to the number of purchases ebay will protect in a given period of time for any one member. Use them up and you may get a notice from them future purchases will not be protected. A scammer could abuse the system both ways.

that he posted a Rant in the item Description.
You have to read this moron's mentally unstable
description of the events.

I just reported it again as fraudulent Listing
and will be contacting eBay to complain about
