i ordered the 105 or 90-105 , where can i get the highest volt rechargeable battery's

like so i can get the most out of the laser whats high volt battery's for this laser that i could buy with battery charger

Doesn't work like that. Use proper batteries. Drivers try to smooth out improper voltages. If you put higher volt batteries in your pointer, you're just hurting the driver, and potentially shortening its life, and if it does its job, your laser won't be brighter anyway.

I put two CR2s that were 3.6v instead of 3.0v into a red dilda pointer, and the driver blew up in a few seconds. That was a careless mistake. Don't do something like that intentionally :)

"if 3V is better than 1V, then 10-millionV is better than 3V, right?"

If higher voltage meant higher performance, that would mean anything struck by lightning would get momentary superpowers.

Also, we would all bow to Simon's multimeter.
