My vision is slightly worse in one eye has nothing to do with lasers (pink eye)

I got pink eye yestarday night and went to the doctor for the cold that I have and he gave me medicine for the pink eye (over the counter), and now today my vision in the eye with pink eye is not focused ex: If I look across the room objects look unfocused/blurry with the one eye and perfectly clear for the other. At distance the vision gets worse ex if I look at something about 40cm away it looks pretty clear. My vision in the other eye is 20/20. it looks as if im looking through very weak glasses. this was after i rinsed my eye with water. the pink eye is not very bad
I would like to know if this is permanent and if it is caused by the pink eye.

I had a problem with blurry vision.
It was due to the pink eye. I would have a little coating of muck on my eyeball.
Uses a tissue twisted to a small point and gently took it off.

let this die i went to the optometrist last week and i still have 20/20 vision in both eyes and the pink eye is gone using vigamox
