It kind of reminds me of hosts in small set.
However, tailcap has been expanded to fit 18650 cell,
It has a side clicky switch, heatsink with machined diode pocket (Aixiz-less),
Custom lens assembly and focus ring (similar to reed in big set), driver pill,

And KICKASS looks.
Reserved for special occasions. Like GGW.

Actually, Big bluray and red are built for a customer so ...
I have already packed them up in boxes , along with charger and batteries.

I really loved that C6 PHR, and LOC.

Oh well, I will replace them somehow I guess. :yabbem:

Big green is not going anywhere for a time being. It'll provide hours of fun.
I dissassembled small green today, and installed a PHR in that brass heatsink.
Looks kickass now.

I will try to find some nice host for 30mW green.

My favourite host, that C6.
I like all the quality threading on it, and great sturdiness.
However, in most cases the tailcap spring must be shortened.

I must replace the bluray C6 somehow, I'll plan a purchase of PHR sled and C6, however I need to contact Bill to make me a heatsink.
Perhaps he has all those things to sell, so I'll just buy it off him.

Ah, I need more parts for my boost drivers then, that means coils and schottky diodes.
More expense.

BTW, Coil, or inductor, is a wire wrapped around ferrite core.

No, it's only one component, boost driver is a circuit that utilizes the inductor to boost the voltage on output.
