I wondered if anyone had used these is a very different ways==

like in a 'GRILL' THE mostly gold thing that is kinda like braces for teeth---black rappers have these-------
or as skin implants--like piercings ==no luck finding is that is going on.

are there any that are (much) bigger--

I have a 3" - A few years ago someone had some 6" ones for sale on here, haven't seen recently and prices seem to be going up.
