I built this thing to accompany a module I made a while ago based on the O-like/aixiz/whatever driver. (those long blue boards).
I originally made it just for testing, but found that the spring on it will come in handy for a simple build, that will be layed out "pen style", but nessasarly in a pen host.
So I decided to put it in a host and have something that I can actually fit into my pocket, as my last 445nm build was too bulky.
This host is not quite done, it needs these things done before I can call it ready, such things are:
- A focus adapter instead of that brass stub of a lens.
- A thorough polishing to get rid of the imprints/scratches from machining.
But out of excitment, I couldn't help slapping the module in it for a little test:
Cheers!

Here is the old build next to the new one:
A bit closer:
And a little beam time is always good:
Thats all for now, I will work on it tomorow.
