Hi everyone, only just joined LPF having only just built my first laser!

It's a C6 SL host with copper heatsink, 1.25a driver, M140 445nm diode and a 3 element glass lens :) enjoy the photos! :)

Nice photos, thanks for sharing.
Taking pics of lasers in action is very hard because the 445nm is often over-saturated.

True, but the sensor is more sensitive to 445nm than humans are, so it's hard to take photos without the beam blowing out everything else. :)

Yes, I did have some trouble with the white balance, but after a while on manual I got it figured out best I can, I had a really hard time focusing the match though! Still not as good as would have hoped, I was running out of time because the laser was starting to smell hot haha my favourite funnily enough is one of the match shots, where you can see my red rug in the back-ground... Proof that it's not too over-saturated ;)
