Someone thought the price was good, they duplicated my listing using my photo's trying to sell it for 2,000 dollars at the same time. They thought they might turn a nice profit if someone bought their listing, they would then quick like a bunny buy mine to ship to them. When I pulled my listing down they pulled theirs.

Sounds typical of ebay---a lot of either stolen merchandise is fenced on ebay and/or other scams like duped ads with nothing actual t0 sell.

Don't know how ebay handles duped offers now but they used to just say nothing they can do report it to authorities. The seller agreed they would not do that when they posted etc and so on.
