Modding a cheap for fun help.

Hey, for something to do I was just thinking about crudely adding a focusing lens to my 30mw greenie from DX (The long thin pen like one), just for fun I suppose.

I know it won't burn at all really and know I could just buy a module and an Aixiz lens, but im done with waiting for packages to come this moment in time.

The lens I have is one out of the 200mw red (Dilda style).

Also I'm thinking that it will just take loads of the power away seeing as its already going though one lens.

I doubt very much anyone has done this, seeing as its pointless, lol.

well you could add a cd reader optic. it made some of my low power lasers burn.
