Agree - techhood is probably trying to maximize early adopter profit. Podo - I'll give one of yours a shot. Can you ship to Canada for that $180? If so, shoot me a PM, I'll give that a shot :)

Can you give an example? I'm not seeing it.... 10x qty of 520nm 1W diodes is 2300 Yuan per piece. That's like $375 USD. Hardly "holy cow" inducing ;)
 
Oops.... as usual, you are right about anything you challenge. I was using Yen instead of Yuan, my bad! Minus one "holy cow".
