These micro arrays still amaze me at how small they are. I'm not sure how I want to set it up for long term so for now I have everything just mounted to a heatsink.

Here its is compared to a 9mm diode

The reds are dual beam diodes, not surprising but I was kind of hoping they would be large single emitters.

I doubt it. These are diverging beams. The farther out they go the farther away from each other they become.

I would like to see some more different size green arrays, the green diodes have the best divergence...... a micro green array with the longest FL gang lens for the spacing could be neat.

Wicked, thx for posting.. love the beam shots on the table..
Also had a NUMB12 in transit, though looked nothing like yours when it arrived, more like a Chinese AA battery.
Seems farbe2 was spot on, hence dual emitter for the red.
How much did you end up paying for one of these micro RGB NUMB12 arrays?

It was $228 after shipping. I was a little hesitant to buy it considering the last time they came around they cancelled my order. Thankfully I did get a full refund
