Just replace the PSU. They aren't expensive.
My computer at home draws over 350W. But it has a ton more power than that one.
I was building this for a customer. They told me what parts they wanted in it and what they were willing to spend. I told them it'd be $50 extra for a power supply and they declined, saying if I can get it to work with a 350 then they don't want to pay extra.
For everyone who keeps suggesting things, or for people who ask about model numbers, the computer was out the door a week ago. I can't try more things, and I can't tell you part numbers, I'm just asking in the future if you can estimate wattage using a multimeter, and if so what did I do wrong?
Anyways, I do believe it's a blown 10A fuse in my multimeter, I haven't had time to test though.
