This certainly is spam. I would recommend you ask for the thread to be deleted and make a welcome post. From the looks of it and some experience dealing with Google translate, it looks like this what you are using. That's my guess

Maybe you don't know what spam is. I don't know why they would want their thread deleted, it was made with a purpose, which given a bit more effort (more reviews per site, better formatted OP) could be a nice resource.
