I have these goggles and I confirmed that ~500mW of 445 does not pass through (white paper behind the goggles and put goggles in beam path briefly).
Can also confirm it doesn't allow 5mW of green through. I in fact looked right into the beam with the goggles on, for the 5mW of green.
