Looking for a 650nm diode

I didn't think it would be too difficult to get this wavelength but thus far my attempt to get a 650nm laser diode has been unsuccessful. I have purchased what were sold as LPC-836 and LPC-840 "650nm" laser diodes but they have measured out at 660-661nm.

These are the listings I purchased. They look like LPC-826 660nm diodes and behave like them too. Does anyone know a good diode or a good seller to get about 100mW of 650nm?
 





You may be able to find some among the ML101U29 Mitsubishi diodes. These are the least expensive ones I know of. They do tend to be anywhere from 660nm to 650nm, though.

I saw those on civil laser but the wavelength range was a little too wide for me. While browsing the site I did find a little 648nm laser and even found the same one on ebay so I've got one of those on the way. I'll report my findings when I have it.

I'd be suspicious of any pointer that says they can supply such a specific wavelength en mass like this. Good luck with it. I'd be interested in exactly what wavelength it measures.
 
I found another that might be a good alternative Ushio HL65014DG 150mW min:647nm max:650nm👌🏽
Nvm just found out the price 690,00 €😵‍💫

I have my doubts as well, but even if its off by a couple nm it'll still be a lot closer than my previous efforts
 
If wavelength is much more important than power, it may be easier to find what you're looking for.
ThorLabs has this 650 nm laser diode, rated for 7 mW at less than $15USD: https://www.thorlabs.us/thorproduct.cfm?partnumber=L650P007
Buying from a supplier like ThorLabs is your best bet for guaranteed wavelength.

I would check the product catalogs for the major LD manufacturers and do a search for those items. Sometimes the less common diodes show up on eBay.
Failing that, I would next look at ThorLabs and similar optoelectronics suppliers for similar products.
