I just seen this offer from Electronics Goldmine. They are offering boxes of LM317 regulators 900 pcs for $153. Great price but that would be a lot of DDL-drivers

hmmmm tempting. i bet I could sell all 900 of those pretty easily if I offered a DDL driver kit

That's a pretty standard price for that quantity ($0.17 ea). You can get them from Mouser for that price too, though it's better to buy 1000 of them for $159 for the price break. Not sure about shipping, but usually it's been pretty cheap too.
