I used to throw all my money at lasers until I bought a Baja 5B. Since then I haven't really been playing with lasers too much. There are more hop-ups for this car than any other! 1/5th scale is badass! I have paddle tires on since I only drive at the beach and I'm finally finished buying parts and customizing it. You don't even wanna know how much I've spent on this thing... yeah you do, well over $3000.

Here are some pictures. I know some of you have some RC cars so lets see em!!!

Has that thing even been run!? Lol so CLEAN! I've been wanting to get an RC truck for a while now. I have a superbly large backyard just dying to be shredded. "How big is it," you ask? Well, large enough for 2 monster trucks to ravage last year for my cousin's birthday party while my neighbors are drawn outside by the sound of 1500hp thinking "are these people f*cking INSANE!?" Yes, my backyard is THAT big. Lol :D

How do you fit the pilot inside it ?

Very cool R/C car! What about adding a laser and a camera with wireless transmission to a small screen? My friend did a mod like that to his R/C car once so he could drive it and see "from the cars perspective" up to about 500 yards away using the small screen which he attached to the remote. At one point we drove through a building at school while standing outside.. it was great fun seeing people's faces on the small screen when they tried to find out who was driving that monster through the hall, almost knocking over the kids :p

Personally I have had an electric RC jeep about half the size of yours, an electric boat (with an electric watergun on the front to pump up lake water and shoot it at people.. and ducks) which was also about half the size, and lastly I have a micro helicopter just like the one on your pictures :)
Shoot us a video of that thing, wontcha?

Seb

That is a hot car.. lol

I think you just rekindled my passion for RC cars, going to start looking into getting one after some research :)

And yea a vid would be awesomeness :)

EDIT:

Just out of curiosity, could you recommend any online RC shops, or a good forum that talks about RC cars? Also is it common to get the cool pink chassis's, such a cool colour. Cheers :)

Yes I drive it all the time. I just cleaned it really good for the pics. Those are CREE flashlights. I have them hooked up to a single regulator and they are insanely bright!

It has a 27cc engine which produces about 4-5hp. It weighs about 30 pounds.

Here is a video of me and my buddy driving at the beach.

Nice Video.... those Paddle wheels really kick up the sand...

We have an R/C dirt track in our area where the Gas powered cars
race on the weekends during the summer...

I like that your Video ends in at least a small crash...
